Solid PACU experience if no Endoscopy experience
Description:
The unit consists of 4 rooms and is staffed by 10 personnel.
The day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 Endoscopy Technicians.
Night shift staff are on call, including 1 RN and 1 Technician.
Patient ratios are 1:1 for procedures and 1:2 in PACU.
Equipment utilized includes EMR and Meditech.
Typical procedures performed in this unit include:
EGD
Colonoscopy
ERCP
Bronchoscopy
Ion Robot Bronch
EGD with Ultrasound
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and be a team player.
Floating areas may include PACU and Preop.
On-call duties are required 1-2 days a week and 1 weekend per month.
