Description:
This is a contract position for an RN in endoscopy.
The duration of the assignment is 13 weeks.
The shift is from 06:30 to 15:00.
Call is required 1-2 days per week, but there are no weekends or call on weekends.
The unit has 2 procedure rooms.
Staffing consists of 2 RNs and 3 technicians on day shift.
Patient ratios are 1:1.
Equipment includes GI equipment and scopes.
The electronic medical record system used is Meditech.
Permanent positions on the unit are available.
The typical procedures performed include EGD, colonoscopy, GI bleeds, and ERCP.
The ideal candidate will be flexible.
Scrubs are provided in Ceil Blue color.
Navy is the hospital scrub color.
