Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | 7 days on / 7 days off | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Supervising Lead RN across Acute Care and Emergency Room departments
• Provide clinical oversight and leadership during night shift operations
• Coordinate patient care activities and support nursing staff throughout the shift
• Respond to and manage emergency room cases as they arise
• Ensure adherence to facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Prior experience in an Emergency Room or Acute Care setting
• Demonstrated leadership or charge/supervisory nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a critical access or rural hospital environment
• Familiarity with dual-department coverage across Acute and ER settings
• Strong communication and team coordination skills in fast-paced environments
