Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment
- Respond to emergent and critical patient situations with clinical expertise
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact license eligibility
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience in an Emergency Room or acute care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS and/or TNCC certification
- Experience with high-volume emergency department patient populations
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
