Contract | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Care for Telemetry Holding patients as needed in addition to primary ER duties
- Accurately document patient information and clinical findings using Cerner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Prior clinical experience in the state of California
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system
- Must be an ER-trained RN willing to care for Telemetry Holding patients when required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and care in a holding capacity
- Experience working in a high-volume emergency department environment
