Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Care for Telemetry Holding patients when needed, as directed by department leadership
- Accurately document patient information and clinical findings using Cerner electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Prior clinical experience within California healthcare settings
- Proficiency with Cerner charting system
- Willingness and ability to care for Telemetry Holding patients when required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience managing high-acuity emergency patients in a busy department
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and basic cardiac rhythm interpretation
