Contract | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, triage, and manage emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Care for Telemetry Holding patients when clinically necessary
- Accurately document patient care and clinical findings using electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Prior clinical experience working in California
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record charting
- Must be an ER-trained RN; Telemetry-only background will not be considered
- Willingness to care for Telemetry Holding patients as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with Telemetry monitoring and holding patient management
- Experience in high-volume or Level II Emergency Department environments
