Contract | Days | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, triage, and manage emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Care for Telemetry Holding patients when needed, in addition to primary ER duties
- Accurately document patient information and clinical interventions using Cerner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Prior clinical experience in California
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system
- Must be an ER-trained RN; Telemetry-only RNs will not be considered
- Willingness to care for Telemetry Holding patients when required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythms
- Experience working in high-volume emergency departments
