Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Perform comprehensive assessments, triage, and interventions for emergency patients
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Manage a diverse patient population presenting with acute and emergent conditions
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of California
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience (dedicated ER experience required — Tele Holding in ER does not qualify)
- Prior clinical experience in California is required
- Cerner charting proficiency is required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-volume or Level II+ Emergency Department
- Strong triage and critical thinking skills in an acute emergency environment
