Initiate emergency measures when a physician is not immediately available and administer prescribed therapeutic interventions including medications, IV therapy, and respiratory support. Document patient observations, nursing interventions, therapeutic measures administered, and coordinated care activities accurately and thoroughly.
Assess patients' clinical conditions across all age groups, prioritize care needs, and take immediate appropriate action in emergency situations.

Operate and monitor specialized emergency care equipment such as infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors.
Document patient observations, nursing interventions, therapeutic measures administered, and coordinated care activities accurately and thoroughly.
Plan, develop, and implement individualized patient care plans while coordinating assignments among team members based on staff skills and patient care requirements.
Contribute to maintaining adequate unit supplies, equipment upkeep, and a safe patient care environment.
Required Qualifications
Active Oklahoma RN license or valid Compact RN license.
Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience.
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements including background check and drug screen.
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience managing patients with trauma, hemodynamic instability, or mechanical ventilation.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams in a high-volume emergency setting.
