Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
- Float between two campus locations as needed, with a primary campus assignment
- Assess, triage, and manage emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Maintain compliance with facility dress code requirements (navy scrubs)
- Complete all required learning modules prior to and during the assignment
- Adhere to all background check standards and facility compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days — no hits on license to practice
- Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor (required)
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency
- Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience working in a large acute care or high-volume emergency department
- Familiarity with trauma-designated facilities and ability to document trauma level and bed count on resume
