Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a large acute-care hospital environment
- Float between two campuses as operationally needed, with one campus designated as primary
- Deliver emergency nursing care in alignment with facility protocols and department standards
- Complete all required facility learning modules prior to the start of the assignment
- Adhere to strict background check standards and compliance requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days — no adverse actions or hits on license
- Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active TNCC certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency
- Must not be a current resident of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience working in high-volume or trauma-designated Emergency Rooms
- Familiarity with multi-campus health system environments
