Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (Mids)
Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department utilizing the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies
Demonstrate critical thinking skills and clinical judgment in anticipating and planning for the safe delivery of emergency patient care
Direct and coordinate nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices and patient care priorities
Delegate patient care responsibilities commensurate with the education and experience of available staff, providing direction and supervision as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes
Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing continuing education and professional development
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Georgia
Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
At least 2 prior travel nursing assignments successfully completed
Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
