    Job Title

    Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department | Mids (9a–9p)

    Springdale, AR | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days/Mids Shift (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
    • Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner EMR
    • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards of practice
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arkansas or a compact state
    • Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience
    • ACLS certification required
    • BLS certification required
    • PALS certification required
    • Proficiency with Cerner EMR required
    • Must maintain permanent residence at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency settings
    • Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in emergent situations
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and facility-specific workflows
