Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment across two campus locations
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency department patients
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility-specific policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand prior to start
- ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), including weekends
- Must be available to work at both campus locations as needed
- Third-party education verification required for all travelers — prompt response to background check requests is essential to avoid delayed starts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Familiarity with multi-campus or high-volume emergency department workflows
- Experience completing facility onboarding modules or equivalent training attestation
