Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours per Week | Weekend Availability Required | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment across two hospital campuses
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients of varying acuity
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand prior to start
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends
- Must be willing to float between two campus locations as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR
- Experience working in a multi-campus or high-volume emergency department
