Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Kentucky or compact licensure eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel contract beginning September 2026
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Department setting
- ACLS and/or TNCC certification preferred
- Experience with high-volume or level II/III trauma emergency environments
