    Job Title

    Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Mid-Shift 12P–12A)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Shift: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM | Projected Start: 09/07/2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting within a 295-bed acute care facility
    • Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and non-emergent conditions
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians across 38 medical specialties to deliver timely and effective treatment
    • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in accordance with facility protocols
    • Support cardiac care and advanced neurosurgery service lines as needed within the ED environment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Kentucky or through Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
    • Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
    • All required certifications must be obtained and verified prior to start date
    • Must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for travel rates
    • Ability to complete facility orientation (held weekly on Mondays)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care or emergency department setting
    • Familiarity with cardiac care or neurosurgery support within an ED environment
    • Experience working in a high-volume, multi-specialty emergency department
