Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM) | Travel
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established clinical protocols
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Kentucky or a compact state license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency care setting
- Experience with high-volume or Level II/III trauma environments
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems used in acute care settings
