Key Responsibilities
- Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to Emergency Room patients as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
- May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
- Required to work 1–2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Required Qualifications
- Active Iowa RN license required
- ACLS (AHA) certification required
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- PALS (AHA) certification required
- TNCC certification required
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room experience required
- Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a trauma center environment
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR
