Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment, managing a diverse patient population across acuity levels
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in accordance with facility protocols and clinical standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered outcomes
- Float to a sister facility as needed, based on census and staffing requirements
- Adhere to facility dress code; navy scrubs required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with experience within the last 12 months required
- Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI required
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI required
- Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI required
- Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor required
- Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience working in facilities with varying trauma level designations and bed capacities
- Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments is strongly advantageous
