    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

    Location

    San Francisco, CA | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Emergency Department setting
    • Manage and treat both adult and pediatric emergency patients
    • Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient care accurately
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely, evidence-based care
    • Float to other facilities within the health system as needed based on staffing requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
    • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
    • NIHSS certification required
    • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience, including Pediatric ED experience
    • BSN required
    • Prior travel assignment experience within the last 12 months required
    • COVID-19 vaccination and booster required — proof must be provided at time of submission
    • Must be available to float to other departments, units, or facilities within the health system
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • CPI, NRP, OCN, SANE, or TNCC certification(s)
    • Prior experience in a teaching hospital environment
    • Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
