Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Document and manage patient records using Epic EMR
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Float to other departments, units, or facilities within the health system as needed based on staffing requirements
- Complete required onboarding and annual training modules prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN License
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- AHA BLS Certification
- PALS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
- Epic EMR experience
- Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months required
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster required — no exceptions; proof must be provided at time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification
- Cerner EMR proficiency
- Prior experience in a teaching hospital setting
