Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 14-bed Emergency Department setting
- Manage a patient ratio of 4–5 patients per nurse
- Utilize electronic medical record and medication dispensing systems in daily clinical workflows
- Perform rapid assessment, triage, and intervention for emergency patients across acuity levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- Must be available for an immediate start — no pending time-off requests at time of placement
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Pyxis medication dispensing systems
- Familiarity with Meditech or similar electronic medical record platforms
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment
