Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an 18-bed Emergency Department with an additional 10 hall beds, maintaining a 5:1 patient ratio
- Perform emergency room clinical skills and procedures consistent with an acute care ED setting
- Document patient care accurately using the Expanse documentation system
- Operate GE equipment in accordance with unit protocols and standards
- Float to other units as required per facility floating policy
- Uphold patient experience standards and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Compact (multi-state) license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS or ENPC certification required
- TNCC and CPI certifications required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting
- Familiarity with Expanse electronic health record documentation system
- Experience with GE clinical equipment
