    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide holistic, patient- and family-centered care across all patient populations throughout the life cycle, including neonates, infants, children, adults, and older adults
    • Execute the Standards of Nursing Practice including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
    • Develop, implement, and revise individualized patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
    • Delegate appropriate activities to other patient care providers and coordinate care across disciplines
    • Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices and quality improvement
    • Promote and implement practice standards to enhance the environment of care and patient outcomes
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience
    • Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC)
    • Current ENPC, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
    • Trauma Level I experience and experience with all patient populations
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR and cardiac rhythm interpretation
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a high-volume, Level I Trauma Center environment
    • Familiarity with pediatric trauma care and Level II pediatric trauma protocols
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency setting
