    Contract | Rotating Shift | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide holistic, patient- and family-centered care across all patient populations throughout the life cycle, including neonates, infants, children, adults, and older adults
    • Execute the Standards of Nursing Practice including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
    • Develop, implement, and revise individualized patient plans of care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
    • Delegate appropriate activities to other patient care providers and coordinate care across disciplines
    • Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices within the assigned service area
    • Promote and continuously improve practice standards and the environment of care through active participation and personal leadership
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Minnesota RN license required
    • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required
    • Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
    • Trauma Level I experience required
    • BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
    • ENPC, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR required
    • Cardiac rhythm interpretation experience required
    • Experience with all patient populations required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a high-volume, Level I Trauma Center environment
    • Familiarity with pediatric trauma care and Level II pediatric trauma center protocols
    • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and communication skills in fast-paced emergency settings
