    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide holistic, patient- and family-centered care across all patient populations throughout the life cycle, including neonates, infants, children, adults, and older adults
    • Execute the Standards of Nursing Practice including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
    • Develop, implement, and revise individualized patient plans of care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
    • Delegate activities to other patient care providers as appropriate and coordinate care across disciplines
    • Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices and contribute to improvements in practice standards and the care environment
    • Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation and apply clinical judgment in a high-acuity Emergency Room setting, including Trauma Level I patient care
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
    • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required
    • Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
    • Trauma Level I experience required
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC) required
    • Current ENPC, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR required
    • Experience with cardiac rhythm interpretation required
    • Experience caring for all patient populations required
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a high-volume, Level I Trauma Center environment
    • Familiarity with pediatric trauma care and Level II pediatric trauma center protocols
    • Demonstrated personal leadership qualities with a commitment to improving patient care standards
