Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Acute Care and Emergency Department setting during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients presenting with a range of acute and emergent conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment in accordance with facility protocols
- Respond to emergent and critical situations with appropriate clinical judgment and urgency
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana or a compact state license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an Acute Care or Emergency Department setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a critical access or rural hospital environment
- TNCC or ENPC certification
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
