Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care within the assigned unit scope of practice in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Apply nursing process guidelines, standards of care, and standards of practice in all patient interactions
- Provide care across a wide range of emergency presentations within a 35-treatment-room Emergency Department
- Document patient information and care using the MediTech EMR system
- Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Specialists and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN License
- Minimum 2 years of RN Emergency Room experience (required)
- ACLS Certification (required)
- PALS Certification (required)
- TNCC Certification (required)
- Candidates with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers and may be subject to an adjusted travel rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with MediTech EMR
- Familiarity with wound care and pain management protocols
- Experience in a high-volume or trauma-level emergency department setting
