    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting operating 24/7
    • Assess and triage patients presenting with a wide range of emergent conditions including stroke symptoms, cardiac events, seizures, severe injuries, burns, and acute abdominal pain
    • Deliver timely interventions for serious injuries such as fractures, head trauma, deep lacerations, and uncontrolled bleeding
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to stabilize and manage critically ill or injured patients
    • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within the EMR system (Cerner)
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of RN Emergency Department experience (required)
    • Active Michigan RN license (required)
    • TNCC certification – ENPC is not accepted (required)
    • ACLS certification (required)
    • BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required)
    • PALS certification through the American Heart Association (required)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a Level II trauma center environment
    • Familiarity with Cerner EMR
    • Experience in a high-volume, comprehensive emergency and trauma care setting
