    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a large teaching hospital
    • Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
    • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
    • Must be available to work required holiday blocks including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's periods as scheduled
    Required Qualifications
    • 3 or more years of current Emergency Room experience (within the past 6 months)
    • Active Massachusetts RN License
    • Active BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
    • Active ACLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
    • Active PALS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
    • Active Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
    • Must have own reliable vehicle for this assignment
    • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health record system
    • Familiarity with high-acuity, high-volume emergency department environments
    • Experience in a teaching hospital or trauma-designated facility
