Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within an acute-care hospital
- Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Adhere to all facility compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements, including completion of learning modules prior to assignment start
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
- Active NIHSS certification from an approved vendor
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
- Must not be an Arizona resident — candidates residing in Arizona are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience in a high-volume or trauma-designated Emergency Room environment
- Familiarity with acute-care hospital systems and workflows
