Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment within a 317-bed acute-care hospital
• Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation throughout each shift
• Adhere to all facility compliance, background check, and onboarding standards, including completion of required learning modules prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• Active NIHSS certification from an approved vendor
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidates must reside outside of Arizona

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working in facilities with trauma level designations
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
