Contract | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float between two designated Emergency Department locations as needed
- Adhere to facility dress code — Navy Blue scrubs required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be valid in the state of Florida
- Current BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Minimum of 1–2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Ability to work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
- Willingness to float between two designated ED campuses within Palm Coast
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-volume or Level II/III Emergency Department
- TNCC or CEN certification preferred
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in emergent situations
