Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity emergency department seeing approximately 175–200 patients per day. Care for a diverse and complex patient population including transplant, burn, LVAD, stroke, ECMO, PICU, NICU, and chest pain cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity emergency department seeing approximately 175–200 patients per day
• Care for a diverse and complex patient population including transplant, burn, LVAD, stroke, ECMO, PICU, NICU, and chest pain cases
• Perform triage and patient assessment using ESI protocols in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in rotating on-call and rotating weekend call as required
• Float within scope to other units or sister facilities as needed to meet staffing demands

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience in an acute care setting
• Prior experience in a facility with at least a 30-bed emergency department
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and ESI certifications required
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID required
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the contracted facility (local candidates are not eligible)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with high-acuity specialty populations such as ECMO, LVAD, or comprehensive stroke care
• Familiarity with fast-paced, high-volume emergency department environments
