    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department seeing approximately 175–200 patients per day
    • Deliver care to a diverse patient population including transplant, burn, LVAD, stroke, ECMO, PICU, NICU, and chest pain cases
    • Perform accurate triage and patient assessments using ESI protocols
    • Participate in rotating on-call and rotating weekend call as required
    • Float within scope to other units or sister facilities as needed to meet staffing needs
    Required Qualifications
    • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license – no pending licenses accepted
    • Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience in an acute care setting
    • Prior experience in a facility with a minimum 30-bed emergency department
    • Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and ESI certifications required
    • Must reside more than 75 miles from the contracted facility to qualify as a travel nurse
    • Valid driver's license or state-issued ID required, along with a recent utility bill confirming address
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with high-acuity specialty populations such as ECMO, LVAD, burn, or transplant patients
    • Familiarity with comprehensive stroke center protocols and chest pain center workflows
    • Strong adaptability and willingness to float across departments and facilities as needed
