    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting during overnight shifts
    • Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
    • Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes in the electronic health record
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Utah or through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
    • Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
    • Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
    • Must meet all travel contract compliance and credentialing requirements prior to start
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma Emergency Department
    • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
    • Strong critical thinking and rapid clinical decision-making skills in emergent situations
