Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Night Shift)

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Projected Start: July 20, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department within a Level 2 Trauma Center
- Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1, delivering safe and effective nursing care across a 31-bed unit
- Perform all ED and trauma procedures in accordance with unit protocols and standards of care
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including charge RNs, triage RNs, mid-shift RNs, and medics during night shift operations
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using the Meditech EMR system
- Adhere to unit dress code requirements, including navy scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- PALS certification required
- ENPC certification required
