    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting at a Level II Trauma facility
    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across all acuity levels
    • Accurately interpret and respond to 12-lead EKG and dysrhythmia findings
    • Document patient care and clinical information using Epic EMR
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
    • Adhere to unit protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Indiana RN license or valid Compact State RN license
    • Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
    • Current AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, and NIHSS certifications
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Epic EMR within the last year
    • Must successfully pass a 12-lead EKG and Dysrhythmia competency exam
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Pediatric emergency nursing experience
    • Prior experience in a Level II Trauma center environment
    • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-change environment
