Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
- Assess, monitor, and respond to patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes
- Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and evidence-based clinical practices
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- American Heart Association ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- PALS certification
- TNCC certification
ENPC certificationPreferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a high-volume Emergency Department
- Familiarity with trauma and pediatric emergency care protocols
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in emergent situations
