    Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Nights)

    Location

    Mount Clemens, MI | Acute Care

    Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients in a high-volume Emergency Room setting
    • Plan and implement individualized nursing care based on patient and family needs
    • Make appropriate clinical interventions based on individual patient presentations
    • Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions and adjust care plans accordingly
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to maintain standards for professional nursing practice
    • Direct, coordinate, and delegate activities to foster patient- and family-centered care in accordance with hospital policy and regulatory guidelines
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room experience required
    • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) or ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) – Required
    • BLS certification (American Heart Association) – Required
    • ACLS certification (American Heart Association) – Required
    • Candidates with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers and may be subject to an adjusted rate
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or high-acuity Emergency department
    • Familiarity with tertiary or teaching hospital environments
    • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting
