Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Room setting within a Level I Trauma Center
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate timely and effective patient management
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Adhere to all facility compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements, including completion of required learning modules prior to assignment start
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days — must be clear with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Active TNCC certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
- Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — valid driver's license required to verify residency
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or large acute care hospital environment
- Familiarity with high-acuity, high-volume emergency department workflows
