Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions and emergencies
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate timely throughput
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
- Be available for on-call assignments as required by the facility
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, with no encumbrances or disciplinary actions on record; license must be verified within the last 30 days
- Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience in trauma-designated facilities with familiarity documenting bed count and trauma level on resume
