    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: September 28, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 37-bed, Level 2 Trauma Emergency Department with a 1:4 patient ratio in zone
    • Utilize MediTech EMR for documentation and patient management
    • Perform assessments, interventions, and treatments consistent with emergency nursing standards
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, technicians, and paramedics across day and night shifts
    • Float to support ED patients admitted to hospital holding within the ED as needed
    • Adhere to unit dress code: royal blue scrub top and bottom
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Texas or compact state eligibility
    • Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience
    • BLS certification required
    • ACLS certification required
    • PALS certification required
    • TNCC certification required
    • Demonstrated high-caliber patient experience skills
    • Ability to commit to 4 weekend shifts within a 4-week period; no on-call requirement
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience with HCA facilities and/or MediTech EMR strongly preferred
    • High energy, self-motivated, and team-oriented personality well-suited for a fast-paced ED environment
    • Flexibility with scheduling and minimal time-off requests during the contract period
    • Familiarity with GE monitoring equipment
