Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting within a community hospital environment
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across a broad range of acuities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective treatment interventions
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements throughout the shift

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of North Carolina (or compact license eligibility)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency or acute care setting
• Familiarity with community hospital operations and diverse patient populations
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
