    Contract | Evening shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week (11:00–23:30 or 15:00–03:30), includes weekends and holidays

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide emergency nursing care to both adult and pediatric patient populations in a fast-paced ED environment
    • Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, including identification of lethal rhythms and heart blocks
    • Float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient care requirements
    • Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency care
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact RN license required
    • BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required – AHA only
    • TNCC certification required
    • Minimum two (2) years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last three (3) years
    • Epic EMR experience required
    • Must pass a Telemetry exam prior to start (adult and pediatric components; passing score of 80% or higher with strict criteria for lethal rhythm identification); up to three attempts permitted under defined conditions
    • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be accepted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a high-volume, Level I or Level II emergency department
    • Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation in both adult and pediatric patients
    • Experience floating across units within an acute care hospital setting
