    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Nights (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM) | 3 Days / 12 Hours | Onsite | Projected Start: 07/20/2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide routine and complex nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned Emergency Department patients.
    • Administer medications and treatments per appropriate protocol; monitor for side effects and effectiveness of prescribed treatments.
    • Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accordance with scope of practice.
    • Document patient history, symptoms, medications administered, and care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers; identify issues and connect with appropriate resources.
    • Make appropriate assignments and delegate to other care providers as needed to effectively manage clinical situations.
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license in the state of Texas or a compact state license.
    • Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association only).
    • Current ACLS certification required (American Heart Association only).
    • Current PALS certification required (American Heart Association only).
    • Current TNCC certification required.
    • Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
    • Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Department setting.
