Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | Variable schedule including weekends and possible holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, 9-bed Emergency Department
- Manage trauma and pediatric cases within a Level IV Trauma Center
- Adapt quickly to a variable patient census and acuity levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective emergency care
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure (or eligibility to practice in Montana)
- Minimum 3–4 years of Emergency Department experience, including trauma and pediatric care
- At least 2 completed travel assignments
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- Ability to adapt quickly and work confidently in a high-volume Emergency Department
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a Level IV Trauma Center or comparable facility
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in emergency settings
