Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | 48 Hours Guaranteed per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting at a non-trauma center facility
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:3 to 1:4, expanding as needed based on census and acuity
- Perform typical emergency department procedures including assessment, triage, and intervention
- Operate GE monitoring equipment and document accurately within a Meditech EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, midshift staff, and patient care technicians
- May be pulled to weekend night shifts as needed based on unit staffing requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current ENPC or PALS certification
- Current TNCC certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior ER Charge RN experience
- CPI certification
- Collaborative, open, and team-oriented personality well-suited to a high-energy emergency department environment
